01Who you are buying from

Wyns Collections is a business registered in Nigeria under CAC BN 8764299, based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Throughout this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wyns Collections, and “you” means the person placing an order.

02Placing an order

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Stock is only committed when your payment is confirmed, so an item can sell out while it is sitting in your bag or while you are completing payment.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was shown in error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

03Prices and currency

Product prices are held in US dollars and converted for display into the currency you select. The exchange rate used is the one stored on our system at the moment you check out, and it is recorded on your order.

Payment is taken in a currency our payment provider can settle. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or fees on top, which are outside our control.

04Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack on their own hosted payment page. We never see, handle or store your full card details.

Your order is only confirmed once we have independently verified the transaction with Paystack. Until then it stays pending.

05Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being confirmed.
• Standard delivery is complimentary on orders above ₦474,000; below that the standard rate shown at checkout applies.
• Express delivery is charged on every order regardless of value.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance and courier delays are outside our control.
• You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you supplied incorrectly.
• Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility.

06Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We do not offer general refunds or returns for change of mind. Every piece is made in a small numbered run, and this policy is what allows us to work that way.

We do stand behind what we send you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the problem. We will then arrange a replacement or another resolution with you.

• The 24-hour window runs from when the parcel is delivered, not from when you open it.
• Photo evidence is required — we cannot assess a claim without it.
• Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

07Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

You may ask us to close your account at any time. Closing it does not erase records we are required to keep for completed orders.

08Using this website

• Product photography, copy, and the Wyns Collections name and marks belong to us. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or extract data from it by automated means.
• Reviews, messages and other content you submit must be your own and lawful.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
